Don’t do drugs kids, or you’ll end up sweaty and fat like this STEROIDidon that took performance enhancing drugs to look cool but quickly became surly and lost all of his friends… and his testicles.
Here is an actual page from a coloring book for kids promoting abstinence from drugs using DRUGASAURS! The reptiles from the stupid ages that caused their own extinction by wasting their lives away on fizzy poppers and jimmy jams.

This is what the government is using to teach your kids about drugs folks. And on a side note, Someone got PAID to do this.

Thanks to the internet and a community of artist friends, my artist’s block was slightly lifted for the past two days.  I sent out a general plea for some silly ideas and two people came through.  I’m starting to feel that networking isn’t as cracked up as people make it seem.  One post in a sea of millions and i expect results?! Kinda seems fruitless to even share on my blog, but even if its only me reading and benefitting then i think it’s worth it.  Back on Topic, I drew both ideas that were presented.  The first was a cartoon crossover, which reminded me that i needed to draw this idea for a ren and stimpy drawing of my friends Nick Mitchell and Sean Gardner.  The second one came from Jared stokes, an avid Dinosaur lover, and he wanted to see a pachycephalosaurus head-butting a shark in the face.

New Work

This weekend helped to spurn an evaluation of Jordan and i’s current life situaion along with discussion on future goals for us. Long story short, the goal is to NOT travel so much to allow us more time at home so we can garden, keep bees, raise chickens, grow rabbits, etc… The goal is Sustainability, and that cannot happen when we are out on the road for 2 weeks out of every month. SO, this inspired me to get my butt crackin’ on some new random illustrations to work out problems such as backgrounds and process. Here are some of those successes :)

I am hoping to have new business cards up and running soon, some that will match the look i want to go for with my website. Oh! and the website is up and running, just the first draft but atleast there is something there.
